Reflection
Life has taught me many lessons.
None is more significant than when we live with purpose and on purpose, we are less likely to allow the world to steal our peace and serenity.
When we live with purpose and on purpose…
“We live and live well.”
Questions
Do you find yourself more anxious than at peace?
If not, great!
If you do, have you taken the time to note why you exist (your purpose) and what you must do to live that purpose daily?
Facts
God didn’t put us on this earth to worry, complain, and roam aimlessly without peace.
Know purpose, know peace.
No purpose, no peace.
Ephesians 2:10, “For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.”
Journal your thoughts:
What am I grateful for today?
In what way(s) will I bring light to the world today?
What will I deny myself to draw closer to God and gain more peace in my life today?
Prayer:
God, I offer myself to Thee—To build with me and to do with me as Thou wilt. Relieve me of the bondage of self, that I may better do Thy will. Take away my difficulties so that victory over them may bear witness to those I would help of Thy Power, Thy Love, and Thy Way of life. May I do Thy will always! Amen.
