Who Adjusts Your Sails?

The pessimist complains about the wind. The optimist expects it to change. The leader adjusts the sails.

Reflection

If you read the opening quote and thought it didn’t pertain to you because you are not in a leadership position, you are WRONG!

We are all responsible for leading our own lives.

Are you proactive in leading your life, or do you wait for other people, places, things, or situations to lead it for you?

Asked differently, when life happens, who or what adjusts your sails?
