In other words, it isn’t easy to be virtuous if you can’t feel gratitude.
I end my journaling session every morning with the top five people and things I am grateful for, and I usually have virtuous days…no coincidence, in my opinion.
Psalms 118:24, “This is the day that the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it.”
