A couple of years ago, I read a book by Henry Cloud, “The Power of the Other.”
In “The Power of the Other,” Cloud details how important it is to have strategic mentors (my term) in our lives. Strategic mentors help us become better in the various roles we play in our life.
We all need strategic people in our lives.

What strategic partners do you tap into to help you improve in your roles?
Those who choose to “do it alone” are usually in for a slow, bumpy ride.
