Aim, then Fire

In the long run we will only hit what we aim at.

— Henry David Thoreau —

What are you aiming at today?

Write it down.

How difficult was that?

Imagine taking time once a week on Sunday to create your “aim” for the week.  You will be amazed how all of a sudden a “wind” will appear out of nowhere and fill your sails and take you in the direction of your aim.

Too many people live a “Ready, Fire, Aim” life…are you one of those?  I used to be that way as I viewed “aiming” as a waste of time.  Today I view aiming as a good investment of my time because it usually cuts down on waste and rework…and both of them can be very costly…I always write from experience.
