Personally I believe having happiness in the moment is contingent upon the strength of our spiritual condition and the strength of our spiritual condition is dependent upon Who and What our trust is in…read the Proverb below.

Proverbs 16:20, “He that handles a matter wisely shall find good:  and whoever trusts in the Lord, happy is he.”
