Are you hanging around others with similar ambitions?
If people are belittling your ambitions (as Twain notes above), it’s not their fault, it is your fault for hanging out with them.
A huge part of any success I’ve had in my life has been due to the wisdom I’ve gained from the mentors I’ve surrounded myself with.
If you are tired of people belittling your ambitions it’s your fault for still hanging around them. Create a stable of mentors that have been where you are trying to go and reach out to them. It will make all the difference in the world.
