Reflection–I saw the opening quote the other day, and it reminded me of how important it is to create and capture moments in our lives.
Regardless of what we all have had to deal with the past ten months, precious moments are presented to us all day long.
What we do with them is up to us.
Fact–January 15 serves as an extraordinary and special day in the Meyer household.
Lori and our daughter Michelle are blessed to each call that day their birthday.
For as long as I can remember, they have always spent that day together. Even when Michelle was at Dartmouth playing college basketball, Lori would travel to wherever her game was to be with her.
This past Friday was their birthday, and Michelle came home to celebrate the day/weekend with her Momma.
Summary–We had some pretty cool moments this past weekend.
One moment I will never forget was when Michelle instructed her dog, Murphy Maxwell Lennon, to jump into her arms.
It was magical…see the pictures.
With Michelle, there is never a dull moment.
For that, I am grateful.
Deep Thought–I am running out of time but not out of life.
My minutes may be numbered, but my moments aren’t.
How about you?
Psalm 90:12, “So teach us to number our days that we may get a heart of wisdom.”
