I spend most of my professional life helping individuals and organizations create strategic plans for their future.
When I facilitate these sessions my role is to help the client look around corners, play chess instead of checkers and create what isn’t.
Occasionally we hit bumps in the road and sometimes the bumps seem as though they are twelve-foot-high concrete walls. In these instances I have to help my client remove the wall, climb over it, or go in a different direction.
When we hit the “wall” I always privately call upon my secret resource, e.g. the Lord, to help us decide what to do and He has yet to let us down.
Have you ever come up against a wall in your life?
If so, have you prayed for God to give you instructions for what to do with the wall? He’s fantastic at knowing what is around the corner and creating what isn’t…I write from experience.
If you are someone who has never called on God for help–no problems. Unlike any other relationship on earth, where it takes much time and effort to develop, we can be in relationship with God instantly and He knows the situation we are facing and has the answer.
God doesn’t always remove the “walls” in our life but He certainly will give us guidance on what to do with them…if we ask Him…I write from experience.
Ephesians 3:20-21, “Now all glory to God, who is able, through his mighty power at work within us, to accomplish infinitely more than we might ask or think.” (NLT)
